HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7029 of 2009 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Parvathipuram to dispose of IA No.174 of 2018 in AS GR No.520 of 2018 expeditiously.

In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated that IA No.174 of 2018 was filed on 22.02.2018 to condone the delay of 24 days in preferring the appeal. As seen from the papers filed along with the revision petition, counter-affidavit has also been filed by the respondent on 02.08.2018, opposing the said petition.

In the circumstances, the learned II Additional District Judge, Parvathipuram is directed to dispose of IA No.174 of 2018 in AS GR No.520 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible. Civil Revision Petition is, allowed, accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
