HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1580 of 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court, in W.P.No.39048 of 2012 dated 03.03.2016, was aside by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1137 of 2016 dated 07.11.2016 and, in view of the same, the present contempt case is not maintainable. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is being taken to the Supreme Court and, as and when the matter is decided by the Supreme Court, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
