Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.D.Goud, learned counsel for the respondent-Kurnool Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation to the respondents on 10.12.2015 but no action has been taken on the said representation.

Having heard the learned counsel, and in the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 10.12.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, if the same is pending as on today, in accordance with law.
