The case of the petitioner is the she filed a representation dated 18.12.2015 before the 3rd respondent requesting to furnish a copy of the orders in appeal No.335/2004 filed by one Telugu Ramudu in the year 2004 against the proceedings of Mandal Revenue Officer, Kurnool in Rc.No.B 335/2003 dated 24.03.2004 and the same is pending. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application dated 18.12.2015 filed by the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
