THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34563 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.22169 of 2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and also the learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent-Municipality.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, for the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.22169 of 2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to demolish the structures of the petitioners without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
