Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter for quite some time, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to pursue the legal remedies in an appropriate Court of law. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition therefore, stands dismissed as withdrawn preserving liberty as sought for to the petitioners. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
