The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".....Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondents 3 to 4 in not considering petitioner application for issuance of new license in the B.R.Ambedkar Market Yard, Bowenpally under Scheduled Caste category as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and voilative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India...."

Heard Sri K.Ramamohan for petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for 1st respondent and Ms.K.Niraja Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4.

The case of petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Accountant in various commission agent firms in Agricultural Marketing Committee at Bowenpally for the past 25 years, and in view of his experience in agricultural market committee, he made representations dated 22.03.2016 and 20.10.2016 to respondents 3 and 4 for issuance of commission licence agent at market yard, Bowenpally. But, the respondents without considering petitioner's representation granted 39 licences to other persons. Having perused the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order: Respondents 3 and 4 to pass orders on the representations dated 22.03.2016 and 20.10.2016 within four weeks from the date of

receipt of copy of this order and the petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of the order along with the representations dated 22..03.2016 and 20.10.2016 within one week. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
