Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 25.09.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
