HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 17162 of 2016 O R D E R:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner/accused seeks direction thereby to enlarge him on bail, in connection with Crime No.998 of 2016 of KPHB Police Station, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. 2.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner earlier filed Crl.P.No.16444 of 2016 and the same was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 06.12.2016. Since then, there is no change of circumstances in the present case. Therefore, I find no merit in the present petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
