HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 39002 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned counsel for the petitioner, after advancing lengthy arguments, has submitted that the representation dated 24.03.2017 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent - Director of Town & Country Planning, Guntur requesting for notional promotion from 10.02.2014 to 10.02.2017 i.e. for a period of three years in pursuance of Government Memo No.448327/ B2/ 2017, dated 27.02.2017 as Town Planning Officer, has not yet been decided till date. The learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (A.P.)

appearing on behalf of the respondents, has agreed and submitted that once the representation of the petitioner is decided by the 2nd respondent, the main relief sought for in the present writ petition will be adhered to. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to decide the representation dated 24.03.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

SKK,J & AKS,J WP_39002_2017 deciding the petitioner' s representation, shall not get influenced in any manner by the observations made by the learned Tribunal in its order dated 05.10.2017 in O.A.No. 2633 of 2017.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
