This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2018 for issuance of pattadar pass books in the name of petitioner in respect of Ac.4.39 guntas of land in Sy.No.174 RUU (revenue officials wrongly recorded as Ac.4.08 guntas) and Ac.1.19 guntas of land in Sy.No.175/AA2 of Siripuram Village, Ramannapeta Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District.

Heard both sides.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent by way of representation dated 28.05.2018, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
