The present Revision is filed for the offence impugning the conviction judgment of the trial Court confirmed by the lower appellate Court in the private complaint in CC.No.72 of 2014 for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act vide C.C.No.72 of 2014 (Old No.625 of 2014) dated 19.08.2015 of the IX Special Magistrate, Hyderabad and confirmed the appeal of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, dated 23.10.2018 in Criminal Appeal No.745 of 2015 and pending the revision, the complainant and the accused present before the Court as respondent No.1 and revision petitioner respectively and stated that they amicably settled the cheque amount, outside the Court and it was received by the complainant and thereby sought compounding of the offence invoking Section 147 of N.I.Act.

The terms of the compromise are reduced by writing on Rs.100/- stamp paper as Memorandum of Understanding. The complainant submits that he received Rs.42,000/- cash and balance Rs.33,000/- through online transfer and received the entire amount. Since costs are to be imposed at 10%, subject to payment of Rs.75,000/- for the cheque amount of Rs.75,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee, permission is accorded to compound the offence, since proof is filed vide receipt No.1076, dated 27.03.2019 of today received the amount by D.D of even date for the said sum from the counsel for the accused.

petitioner/accused by virtue of compromise supra and the bail bonds of the accused stands cancelled, full satisfaction recorded.
