Learned counsel for petitioners filed Withdrawal Memo signed by the petitioners, enclosing copy of the letter of District Collector, Ananthapuramu, dated 10.11.2017. He made a mention at 10.30 A.M., to take up the withdrawal memo out of turn by way of Lunch Motion as there is urgency for the writ petitioners and there is necessity to file a fresh writ petition and accordingly, it is taken up.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file comprehensive pleadings in the writ petition against the Revenue Officials, Municipal Officials and Police. According to the learned counsel, letter of the District Collector, Ananthapuramu, dated 10.11.2017, based on which impugned proceedings in the writ petition were made, was not earlier furnished and in view of the copy made available now he seeks to file fresh writ petition with more comprehensive pleadings and relief.
