Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.D.Goud for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted that in similar set of circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.16378 of 2016 and the copy of the same is filed along with the writ petition as a material paper and the operative portion of the said order reads as under: "4. In view of the submissions made and having regard to the circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the petitioners are directed to submit explanation by treating the impugned notices as show cause notices, within a period of 3 weeks from today, in which event, the authorities shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as early as possible. Till such time, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps either for demolition of the structures in the subject premises or dispossession of the petitioners therefrom."

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 16.10.2017 DA
