THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.40983 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of 'Mandamus' declaring the action of the respondents-1 to 4 in not passing orders in respect of the petitioner herein on her application for inter state mutual transfer to the state of Andhra Pradesh and State of Telangana respectively pursuant to the application dated 29.08.2017 as contrary to Circular Memo dated 07-08-2017 and also illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, discriminatory and contrary to Art.

14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents-1 to 4 to pass orders on the inter state mutual transfers application made by the petitioner on 29.08.2017 duly obtaining clearance from the respondents-10 and 11 and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court disposed of W.P.No.22897 of 2018 filed by a similarly situated employee, vide order dated 05.07.2018, directing consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner therein for interstate mutual transfer. Learned counsel appearing for the parties agreed for disposal of this writ petition on the same lines.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.08.2017 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
