HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 0 2 2 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that a case in Cr.No.678 of 20128 has been registered by the Police on 13.11.2018 for the alleged offence under Section 420 I.P.C., on the file of Chilkalguda Police Station.

In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and accordingly the same is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
