This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: " ...to issue any appropriate writ more particularly issue Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.3, in taking steps to demolish the petitioner house bearing Door Nos.5/162-B & D.No.5/163-C, situated at Areapeta, Madakasira Town and Mandal, Anantapuram District, without issuing any notice, without following due procedure of law is illegal, and unjust, and against the principles of natural justice, and also violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India, and to pass such other order or orders in the interests of justice."

Heard Sri M.Karibasaiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent; learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the 2nd respondent and Sri Md. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.
At the hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner while bringing to the notice of this Court an interim order, dated 28.09.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.41273 of 2016 in W.P.No.33403 of 2016, submits that this writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with or demolish the subject property of the petitioner, except in accordance with the procedure established by law. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent endorses the said submission.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with or demolish the subject property of the petitioner, without following the procedure established by law.
There shall be no order as to costs.
