THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1026 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 07.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1424 of 2016 in C.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Heard Sri T.Niranjan Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri S.Sri Ram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file similar type of petition before the concerned Court, if he is so advised.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
