This Writ Petition was filed for the following relief: "... to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not providing the basic amenities i.e., not constructing the drainage in its existing place, which was damaged and dug by the respondent No.2 on 8.9.2017 assuring to reconstruct the drainage in front of the premises of the petitioners bearing House Nos.2-1-55, 2-1-56, 2-1-57, 2-1-58, 2-1-59, 2-1-60, 2-1-61 and 2-162A, situated at Godown Road, Korutla Proper, Jagtial District, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violative of the provisions of the A.P.

Municipalities Act. Consequently, direct the respondent No.2 to provide basic amenities i.e., constructing a drainage at the existing place where it was dug and damaged by the respondent No.2 on 8.9.2017, in front of the premises of the petitioners bearing house nos.21-55, 2-1-56, 2-1-57, 2-1-58, 2-1-59, 2-1-60, 2-

1-61 and 2-1-62A, situated at Godown Road, Korutla Proper, Jagtial district."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents have taken up the construction of drainage and other amenities in the area and in view of the same, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly, closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
