When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to settle the issue with the 3rd respondent by paying the entire outstanding amount of Rs.1,19,053/ - within four weeks from today. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
