HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40975 of 2018 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in B/1347/2016, dated 07-11-2016 passed by the 4th respondent, which was confirmed by the 3rd respondent in Appeal No.1488/2017, dated 17-07-2018.

Admittedly, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of revision against the impugned proceedings. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
