This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.133 of 2018 of Gudipalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 read with 34 of I.P.C. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ accused has not filed a similar bail application before the Court of Session. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to deal with this application by this Court. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. The petitioner/ accused is given liberty to file a similar bail application before the Court of Session, if he chooses to do so.
