1. Whether Reporters of Local newspapers may be allowed to see the Judgments? :
2. Whether the copies of judgment may be marked to Law Reporters/Journals. :
3. Whether their Ladyship/Lordship wish to see the fair copy of the Judgment? : THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE G.CHANDRAIAH C.R.P. No.2031 of 2016 ORDER:
This revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the Family Court at Hyderabad to dispose of the O.P. No.1653 of 2014 filed by the revision petitioner seeking dissolution of marriage, which stated to have been taken on 21.07.2005. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the counter was also filed by the respondent and therefore, direction may be granted to the Family Court to take up the matter and dispose of the same at an early stage. As could be seen from the material placed on record, it appears that earlier ex parte order was passed and on filing an application seeking to restore the same, restoration petition was ordered and restored the matter and thereafter, the petition is coming up for further steps.
While so, the revision petitioner filed the present revision petition seeking direction to the Family Court to dispose of the O.P. No.1653 of 2014 at an early stage. Since there is no impugned order in the present revision petition and as well the direction, as sought for by the revision petitioner, cannot be granted, this revision petition is not maintainable and therefore, the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
