HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41055 of 2018 ORDER :

Case of the petitioner is that he was issued Notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, on 19.10.2018. Petitioner filed explanation on 22.10.2018, but no orders are passed thereon. Meanwhile, respondents are trying to evict the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner has filed this writ petition. Heard both sides.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon. Till passing of orders, status quo regarding possession shall be maintained with regard to the property in question.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
