HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41069 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioners by allotting the said lands of the petitioners by converting them into house sites for the people of the village in R.S.No.1245/2A/1A, R.S.No.1245/2A/1C, R.S.No.1245/1B, R.S.No.1245/2B/2, R.S.No.1245/2A/1D, R.S.No.1245/1C, R.S.No.1245/2A/1B and R.S.No.1245/1A of Achanta Village and Mandal of West godavari District, without due process of law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will follow due procedure before taking any action against the properties of the petitioners. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject lands, without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
