HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36962 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he made application dated 11.09.2017 to the 4th respondent for issuance of NOC after verification of the records of the Forest Department; and that the said application was referred to District Forest Officer, Wild Life, Nellore (3rd respondent). But, till date no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Forests submits that before granting 'NOC', a report has to be called for from the Forest Department.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the 4th respondents to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 11.09.2017 after seeking report from the Forest Department.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
