Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Assignment, for respondents.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by a common order dt.26.12.2016 passed in WP.No.45148 of 2016 and batch and order dt.02.12.2016 in WP.No.9655 of 2016.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the memo dt.31.08.2015, issued by the 1st respondent, is set aside. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
