VRS,J & JUD,J WP No.35875 of 2017 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE Ms. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.35875 OF 2017 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Aggrieved by the dismissal of his original application challenging an order of transfer, the employee has come up with the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr. I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services (AP).

3. The order of transfer was found by the Tribunal to be not in violation of any statutory provisions nor passed on mala fide grounds. Therefore, the Tribunal was right in rejecting the application.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there are two vacancies now, against which the petitioner may be considered. But, it is a matter which has to be considered by the respondents. Normally, a person who is transferred has to join the transferred place and make a request for cancellation or modification. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to adopt such a procedure, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
