O R D E R
Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971, through Mee-seva on 10.04.2018 for mutation and his name in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the above referred application stated to have been filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act through Meeseva, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
