O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the order vide Rc.No.

A11/HDS/GHS/2016/2098, dated 16.07.2016 for intimation of completion of the contract period from 01.08.2016 without payment of salaries amount of Rs.52,27,204/- i.e. salaries from April, 2016 to July, 2016 and without prior notice, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents - authorities to extend the period of contract for one year in favour of the petitioner and pay salaries of amount of Rs.52,27,204/- i.e. salaries from April, 2016 to July, 2016." When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the department concerned by way of making a representation for the relief sought for in this writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Moreover, the respondents are directed to take a decision within one week from the date of representation that may be filed by the petitioner. On taking decision, the respondents shall intimate the same to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision, it may approach

the appropriate forum. It is made clear that till decision is taken by the respondents, the services of the petitioner shall not be disturbed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
