When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition if necessary.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as afore-stated and sought for. No costs.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
