This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not issuing the suitable orders in proceedings Rc.No.A/133/2018, dated 04-06-2018, which is submitted by the 4th respondent enquiry report submitted to the 3rd respondent under Records of Rights in Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed-Ananthapuramu District, J.

Rampuram Vilage, Vajrakaroor Mandal as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and voilative of Article 51-A of Constitution of India and the very spirit of rules and object of statue rights in land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to issue necessary orders to the 4th respondent for the implementation of enquiry report which is submitted by Mandal Revenue Inspector (MRI) along with the 4th respondent proceedings Rc.No.A/133/2018, dated 04.06.2018 and further directed to grant Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed to the petitioner afresh and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

[Reproduced verbatim] Counter affidavit is filed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue stating that basing on the report of the Tahsildar, Vajrakarur, the 3rd respondent i.e. Revenue Divisional Officer, Ananthapuramu has passed orders and directed the Tahsildar, Vajrakarur to rectify the entries with the actual extents duly deleting the existing entries which are erroneously entered in the village revenue records of

Jartutla Rampuramu village of Vajrakarur Mandal as recommended by the Tahsildar, Vajrakarur mandal vide proceedings Rc.No.D.Dis.No.2848/2018/D2, dated 20-112018. It is submitted that as per the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ananthapuramu vide proceedings D.Dis.No.2848/2018/D2, dated 20-11-2018, that the mutation of the pattadar passbooks have been granted vide katha No.681 to the petitioner and changes have been carried out in village revenue records of Jartutla Rampuramu village of Vajrakarur Mandal for the lands in Sy.Nos 105 and 106 of Jartutla Rampuramu village of Vajrakarur Mandal as mentioned above.

In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed. But learned counsel for the petitioner says that consequent action for issuance of pattadar passbook is not done.

Having regard to the above, respondents 3 and 4 are directed to take steps for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed to the petitioner for the subject lands within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
