This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Crime No.445 of 2016 of Saroornagar Police Station, Rangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 and 506 IPC.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that during pendency of the present Petition, the matter was settled before Lok Adalat and an Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat and prayed to dismiss the petition. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
