HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41401 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have submitted applications vide S.R.No.4 and 5 of 1975 before the 2nd respondent under the provisions of the A.P.Estates Abolition Act, 1948, and as the same is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed.

Head learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to dispose of the applications of the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the same were posted to 24.11.2018.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
