O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.22595 of 2018 dated 05-07-2018, whereby and whereby, the 2nd respondent - Additional Agent to Government was directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

The Additional Agent to Government, who is the respondent in the contempt case filed counter affidavit and stated inter alia that in compliance with the direction of this court, the appeal in C.M.A.NO.17 of 2018 dated 12.12.2018, was disposed of. Copy of the order dated 12.12.2018 is annexed to the counter affidavit. Thus, it is stated that the order of this court has been complied with. No reply affidavit is filed.

In view of disposal of CMA.No.17 of 2018 dated 12.12.2018, I do not find any violation of the orders of this court and the contempt case is accordingly closed, giving liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the same in accordance with law.
