HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40971 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.0-59 cents of agricultural land in RS.No.106 of Yadavalli Village, Lingapalem Mandal, West Godavari District having succeeded the same from his father by name Madhusudhan Rao. That the petitioner has made an application on 21-07-2018 to the 4th respondent to mutate his name as pattadar and possessor and for issuance of e-passbook in his favour. As the 4th respondent has not taken action, the petitioner made representations dated 07-08-2018 to respondents 2 and 3 to direct the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry on his application. But so far no action has been taken by respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21-07-2018 in accordance with law and take action by passing necessary orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
