The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1241 of 2016 in POCSO S.C.No.91 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamundry.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Revision Case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. Permission is accorded. In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
