The issue raised in the writ petition is termination of the petitioner from the respondents' Bank.

Initially, the petitioner filed ITID (C) No.39/1999 before the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, wherein the Tribunal dismissed the same by impugned Award dated 18.08.2001. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. 3.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died and while he was alive, he has taken away the case bundle.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the fact that no legal representatives of the petitioner have been brought on record, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 6.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
