Sri H. Hussain Junaid, Advocate, representing Sri Pramod Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim stay granted by this Court on 06.03.2019 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs. 5.
