Petitioners pray for the following relief:
"... Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not releasing the 436 bags of rice each bag 50 Kgs., equivalent to quintal 209.28 quintals worth of Rs.3,13,920/ - in favour of the 1st petitioner and the Lorry bearing Registration No.AP 05 TC 1017 of 2012 Model worth of Rs.6,00,000/ - in favour of the 2nd petitioner herein on furnishing Bank Guarantee as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release the 436 bags of rice each bag Kgs., equivalent to quintal 209.28 quintals worth of Rs.3,13,920/ - in favour of the 1st petitioner and the Lorry bearing Registration No.AP 05 TC 1017 of 2012 Model worth of Rs.6,00,000/ - in favour of the 2nd petitioner herein on furnishing Bank Guarantee ..."

Admittedly, the petitioners, on 26.07.2016, represented to the Joint Collector, Khammam District for release of seized goods and the vehicle. This Court is of the view that the second respondent can be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 26.07.2016 within two (2) weeks from today.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as follows: a) Petitioners are given liberty to communicate along with this order the representation dated 26.07.2016 to the second respondent.
b) On receipt of such representation together with copy of this order, the second is directed to dispose of the representation and communicate orders within two (2) weeks from today.
