HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.41512 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 30.06.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Herd learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions.

But, this Court is not going into the merits of the case, except directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners and it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the aspects mentioned in the written instructions. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law and take action, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
