Sriven Marketing v. Union Of India
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.41036 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Lakshman, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the entire material on record.
A perusal of the material placed on record discloses that, for redressal of its grievance, petitioner herein submitted representations, dated 02.08.2018 and 03.08.2018, to respondent Nos.3 and 4.
The grievance of the petitioner herein is that, despite lapse of considerable length of time, no action has been taken on the representations submitted by it before the respondent Nos.3 and 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Solicitor General, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to verify the representations, 02.08.2018 and 03.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take action/pass orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
