It is an admitted case of the petitioner that he is an employee of Endowments Department of the State Government.

Since the petitioner has a remedy to approach the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, granting liberty to the petitioner avail the said remedy before the Tribunal, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
