HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36947 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the respondents to take action on his representation dated 5.7.2016.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that when respondents Nos.5 and 6 demanded money for their unlawful activities, he refused to pay. Then, respondents Nos.5 and 6 bore grudge against the petitioner and his family members and they are creating certain disputes with regard to the agricultural lands belonged to them and they are also making efforts to attack the petitioner and his family members. Then the petitioner made a representation to respondents Nos.3 and 4. But no action was taken so far.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the averments made in the affidavit, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"The official respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.7.2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
