THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 925 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court dated 11.08.2015 passed in W.P.No.27083 of 2013, whereunder this Court directed the respondents 1 to 3 to reconsider the request of the petitioner for supply of power connection to Plot Nos.607 to 610 in Survey No.167, Doolapally village, Qutbullahpur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with law.

After passing the said order, it appears that the petitioner has to construct structures for the transformer and in that process some delay took place. During the pendency of the Contempt Case the structures were completed and the transformer was also erected. Learned counsel for the Contemnor submits that the power supply is given to the petitioner pursuant to the orders of this Court.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the Contempt Case and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
