THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 to 3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.12087 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 in Crime No.2 of 2013 on the file of the Police Station, Cyber crime CID, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 65 and 66 read with 43(a), (b) and (j) of Information Technology (A) Act, 2008, Sections 408 and 420 of IPC and Section 120 of the Indian Patents Act, 1970, along with their counsel are present.

The I.A.No.3 of 2018 seeking to permit L.N.Malleswara Rao, Director of Petitioner/ Defacto-complainant Company to represent the defactocomplainant in this case, is allowed. Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 to 3 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2013 on the file of the Police Station, Cyber crime CID, Hyderabad, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
