wp_31265_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent in issuing the impugned Vacation Notice dt. 10-8-2016 demanding the petitioner to vacate the house bearing Plot No. 25 Hitech Colony, Gollaguda Revenue Village, Nalgonda Town and District, along with the E - Auction/Sale notice for sale of the said property, without issuing any notice as mandated under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the same, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, Sri Shaik Jilani, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 38683 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
