wa_1569_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed with leave by a third party to W.P.Nos. 21160 of 2013 and batch, whereby the learned single judge allowed the Writ Petitions filed by respondent No. 1 and others.

At the hearing, Sri Sunkara Chandraiah, learned counsel for respondent No.1, fairly submitted that a Division Bench of this Court has disposed of Writ Appeal Nos. 27, 29 and 160 of 2017 filed against the order impugned in this Writ Appeal by setting aside the order and remanding the cases to the learned single judge for fresh disposal after considering the Memo dated 26-08-2003 issued by respondent No. 2.

In the light of the said order, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this judgment.
