Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent in threatening to dispossess the petitioners from their respective house site plots situated in Fakeertakya Vilage of Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, this writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any action for resumption of the land from the petitioners. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
