This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing any orders on the application dated 19.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner in Form 6 A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short 'the Act') for succession and incorporation of his name in revenue records in respect of the lands bearing survey No.29, admeasuring Ac.0.07 guntas;

survey No.32/a admeasuring Ac.0.07 guntas; survey No.65/00 admeasuring Ac.3.31 guntas and Survey No.427/001 admeasuring Ac.0.08 guntas, situated at Pulimamidi Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form 6-A of the Act is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form 6-A, in accordance with law, and take

action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 14-11-2018 tk
